With a strong emphasis on building responsive and scalable front-end components using React.js and robust backend services using Java Spring Boot.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive UI components using React.js according to business and user requirements.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs to connect front-end interfaces with backend logic.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Java Spring Boot, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code in both frontend and backend codebases.
• Conduct unit testing and debugging using frameworks like Jest and JUnit to ensure code quality and stability.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with client technical leads to gather requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Contribute to documentation like technical design documents and support guides.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in React.js including hooks, Context API, and lifecycle management.
• Expertise in Java Spring Boot for backend development.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Experience with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
• Proficient in Git and CI/CD tools.
• Skilled in unit testing with Jest and JUnit.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

This role involves development, integration, troubleshooting, and providing functional/technical support across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, etc.)
• Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support for existing PeopleSoft modules.
• Perform system configurations, upgrades, and patches.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Work with DBAs and other technical teams to ensure system performance and data integrity.
• Assist in integration projects between PeopleSoft and other enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong expertise in PeopleTools 8.x, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, BI Publisher.
• Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Upgrade, PI, and Change Assistant is a plus.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft Fluid UI and WorkCenters is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Broker).
• Exposure to PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF).
• Working knowledge of security, roles, and permission lists.
• Cloud migration experience (nice to have).
